Summary:
This report compares the progress made by the various programs under the Supporting Communities Partnership Initiative (SCPI) funding scheme. It assesses and compares how well each Aboriginal homelessness project addressed the gaps originally identified in the 2003 GVRD Aboriginal Homelessness Plan. Each project is described and evaluated for its contribution to the National Homelessness Initiative, its short to long-term outcomes, ongoing challenges and concerns, and the degree to which it will be sustainable over time.
