Summary:
This is a reference guide for proposals to reorganize the strategy and structure of the Anti-Poverty Committee (APC). The first section outlines four proposals for APC's overall strategy. The first consists of a proposal to confront the Liberal government in BC; the second proposal is to decentralize power and build community in the APC; the third is an APC structural analysis and proposal for loose coalitions; and the fourth, 'Class Struggle: "Perspective"' outlines general ideas of class struggle and strategy within it. The second section of the document concerns proposals for strategic execution that are linked with the proposals for overall strategy. These focus on specific campaigns and their functioning and relationship to education, outreach, and actions.
