Proposal to Decentralize Power and Build Community in the APC

This is a proposal for the reorganizing of Anti-Poverty Committee's strategy and structure that focuses on decentralizing power in the organization and on building community. Among its suggestions are an APC directory, flexible campaigns, rotating main campaign, translation of materials, and availability of education. It provides an action proposal for the Six Bucks Sucks and IOC=International Olympic Campbell campaigns, as well as for direct action casework. It stresses inclusion, direct action, alliance building, and strategic organizing.
