Community committee action plan to address the issue of lack of public washrooms and toilets in the DTES. VANDU volunteers did a survey of buildings on how they manage excrement and if they offer their washroom to the public. Developed a community plan for portable toilets to be monitored by VANDU volunteers in the alleys around the Carnegie Centre.
