Roadmap for Addressing the Epidemic of HIV and Hepatitis C Co-Infection in Canada: Issuses, Recommendations, Priorities and Next Steps/Plan de route pour affronter l'

This report summarizes the national meeting organized by the CTAC to identify barriers to treatment, care, and support for people co-infected with HIV and hepatitis c. The report highlights key areas, lists advocacy priorities, and provides a summary of recommendations by stakeholders including: the federal government, provincial governments, correctional services, industry, health care service providers, scientists, community organizations, activists and consumers. The report also includes recommendations to address issues related to clinical treatment, transplantation, research, health care, policy, support, prevention and education.
