At Risk: Recommendations for a Strategy on HIV, Blood-borne Pathogens and Injection Drug Use

This report provides the background for the recommendations of the Provincial Strategy Team. Its mandate was to investigate the transmission of HIV and other blood-borne pathogens through injection drug use and make recommendations. The Report recommends a non-judgmental, public health approach in order to address the complex issues of HIV, blood-borne pathogens and injection drug use.
