Brochure describing the Voluntary Committee of Lawyers (VCL) association in the United States. The VCL is a group of lawyers and judges who critique the US War on Drugs and advocate for fundamental reform of these policies. The VCL's history and background, and its "prototype drug policy reform project" - the King County Bar Association Drug Policy Project - are described.
