City of Vancouver Comprehensive Plan Implementation Monitoring Report for 2003 and 2004

First complete update of the City of Vancouver's Comprehensive Plan, providing policy guidance for how Vancouver will grow and provide services through to 2023. The report measures a series of basic indicators in the City of Vancouver and tracks how they are changing over the years. These indicators include population and jobs; land use; housing densities and prices; infrastructure; employment densities; and development in critical areas and on vacant and underutilized land. This data is presented in a series of tables and is described within the text.
