Summary:
Poster announcing a demonstration and public protest, in the form of a funeral procession. The protest is to be held because, in spite of the Action Plan that the Vancouver-Richmond Health Board developed to address addiction in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver, the epidemic of overdose deaths has continued due to the ongoing lack of detox centres, drug treatment programs, and adequate housing.
