Editorial discussing three recent important events. First, Megan Carvell Davis, from the Knowledge Network, met with the Community Relations Committee to state that Jim Bach and his potential movie about the Downtown Eastside would not be accepted without radical changes to its content. Second, Karen O'Shaunacery from the Lookout on Alexander Street proposed that the Downtown Eastside be re-zoned in order to minimize illegal dumping. Third, Jim Curran from the city department of permits and licenses came to the Carnegie Centre to discuss hotel and housing problems.
