The document is an edition of the quarterly multi-authored newsletters produced by AIDS Community Research Initiative of America (ACRIA). ACRIA is a collaborative and independent not-for-profit organization that studies new treatments for HIV/AIDS and related diseases, and conducts a comprehensive HIV health literacy program. The winter 2002/03 issue focuses on new antiretroviral drugs that are being developed and includes topics like: the HIV life cycle; anti-HIV drugs being tested; drug name confusion; the drug development process; FDA approved antiretrovirals; personal perspectives; and once-a-day dosing.
