HIV/AIDS and the Privacy of Health Information Info Sheets

A series of seven information sheets produced by the HIV/AIDS Legal Network with funding from Health Canada to address issues of privacy related to health information. Legal Protection of Privacy and Confidentiality in Canadian Law; 4. Privacy Principles; 5. Limits on Privacy and Confidentiality of Health Information; 6. Patient Confidentiality and Preventing Harm to Others; 7. Privacy Protection under Quebec Law
