Birth Control Choices (Punjabi)

This education manual is a condensed and revised version of the Vancouver Women's Health Collective (VWHC) publication "Avoiding Pregnancy: Choosing Birth Control that's Right for You" (1988), and published in Punjabi. The manual includes chapters on male and female reproductive organs, menstruation, sexuality, choosing birth control, sexually transmitted diseases (HIV and AIDS, specifically). The majority of the manual is composed of comprehensive chapters on different methods of birth control, their side effects, risks, benefits, protection against STDs, and diagrams on proper use of each method.
