Summary:
The goals and objectives of the Community Health Advocate Project of the Vancouver Women's Health Collective (VWHC), revised and updated from the 1997 project proposal submitted to the Vancouver/Richmond Health Board. The updated goals and objectives reflect the changes in the project, the funding issues, and the movement towards new funders (i.e. the Vancouver Foundation). The outcome measures have also changed, based on the development of the Patients' Rights workshops. The document was used internally and asks for comments and suggestions from the VWHC.
