Community Health Advocate Project: Evaluation Plan

This report, prepared by Diana Ellis for the Vancouver Women's Health Collective (VWHC), describes the evaluation plan to be implemented for the Community Health Advocate Project, at the request of the Vancouver/Richmond Health Board (its primary funder). The project and its goals and objectives are listed, as well as the evaluation approaches, goals, and objectives. It includes the evaluation methods which will be used, and the timeline of evaluation.
