Community Health Advocate Project (CHA): Evaluation Report

An evaluation report of the Community Health Advocate Project, produced by Diana Ellis and the Vancouver Women's Health Collective (VWHC). The report describes the Community Health Advocate project to date, and conclusions made based on research done with community health advocates and women who used their services. The report identifies the many challenges of the project, especially the lack of funding to adequately undertake and carry out the project at the scope it was originally intended. The report also outlines the evaluation plan, its objectives, and its outcomes. The report includes the project's budgets, promotional material, and the implications of the project for the Vancouver/Richmond Health Board policy.
