This manual, produced by the Legal Services Society of BC, provides legal information for people who are in the process of leaving, or who have left their marriage partner. Information on custody and guardianship arrangements if you have children, child support guidelines, spousal support, property issues are all provided. As well, information specific to seniors and immigrants is addressed, as are financial affairs and legal responsibilities for a divorce, including information about going to court and where to get legal help.
