Thoughts on WHIN

This document describes the Women's Health Information Network (WHIN) component of the Community Health Advocate project, and the potential for the project in 1998, with necessary changes in the computerized health database given the advances of the Internet since the original concept of the project (1993). The document describes the components of the WHIN project and the need for funding for researchers, website developers, the Community Health Advocate Coordinator and volunteers.
