The Visit. 18 WINGS HOUSING SOCIETY Wings is a non-profit Society which administers 102 portable housing subsidies for low income persons living with HIV/AIDS. Portable housing subsidies can be applied toward the rental accomodation of a person's choice anywhere in the province, as long as the accomodation meets BCHMC standards. How to apply.
