This provides comments on a rough draft description of the work of the Anti-Poverty Committee (APC) and the Downtown Eastside Residents Association (DERA) in defending the rights of tenants being evicted from various buildings (i.e. Marr hotel, Passlin hotel, and Dunsmir house) in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. It suggests more discussion of APC's strategies and tactics in connection to their overall goals. The rough draft is included.
