This is a newsletter (vol. 1, no. 5) of the Collective Opposed to Police Brutality - Vancouver that provides information, analysis, and critique of police actions locally, nationally, and internationally. This issue focuses on Vancouver's missing women, the election of COPE, and squatting. It includes articles on: recently elected mayor Larry Campbell, 'Why Anarchist Hate the Cops,' and an indigenous person's experience of police brutality.
