Affidavit of Aaron Vidaver

This is an affidavit written in defense of the Woodwards squat by Aaron Vidaver of Friends of the Woodwards Squat. It describes the purpose and function of the Friends of the Woodwards Squat and its relationship with the squatters. It states that structures on the sidewalk surrounding the Woodwards building pose no threat to city employees or the community, that the squatters are in need of housing and require a staff worker other than Judy Graves (who is no longer trusted by the squatters), and that there is a process in place to resolve the issues at the squat. It asserts that an enforcement order to shutdown the squat should not be granted. There are handwritten notes throughout the document.
