Housing Action Committee Newsletter

This is a newsletter of the Housing Action Committee (HAC). It states their objection to a policy of guest fees in residential hotels, which they connect to the COPE city council's abandonment of poor people. Further, it provides a history of HAC between March and July 2003, which includes protests against the federal government, City Council, and Vancouver Police Department, as well as demands for social housing and a safe injection site. It also includes the HAC's mission statement.
