This document was produced by a diverse group of drug court practitioners and other experts from across the US. The publication is intended to provide a description of the best practices, designs and operations of drug courts for adults. The document details ten Key components to the Drug Court program and is application within a judicial system. The purpose of each component is explained followed by several performance benchmarks that give guidance for the implementation of each key component.
