An Alcohol and Drug Plan for the Downtown Eastside Community

The final version of an action plan developed by the organization Community Directions, using a four pillars approach, to address alcohol and drug issues in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. The document includes: information about the history and development of the community plan; photographs of community members; summary of the actions; an overall framework for the actions; and a detailed description of the 27 different actions in the plan along with key implementation issues.
