A zine distributed by Blood Sisters, featuring herbal and alternative therapies for dealing with symptoms of menstruation, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), unwanted pregnancy, and pregnancy prevention. It also includes stories, poems, and illustrations on the politics of menstruation and the medicalization of women's reproductive organs. Many of the pieces are critical of the marketing industry for menstrual products, and the potentially dangerous toxins present in conventional pads and tampons.
