Summary:
This card provides a statement for the holder to give to his or her landlord in the case of being charged a guest fee. It also defines the rights of the tenant on the issues of guests and writes out Section 14 of the Residential Tenancy Act, where these rights are discussed. It warns that actions will be taken if these rights are violated.
