An instructional manual with written instructions and photographs of yoga postures believed to be beneficial to gynaecological health, by promoting blood flow to the pelvic area, providing internal massage, stretching and toning muscles, and easing congestion and stress.

An information booklet distributed by Blood Sisters, containing instructions for use of herbal remedies for premenstrual syndrome (PMS), unwanted pregnancy and preventing pregnancy, some sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), bladder infections, etc. The booklet also explains in brief women's sexual and reproductive organs, the process of menstruation, and some of the potential dangers associated with using conventional disposable pads and tampons. The booklet also contains a list of herbal aphrodisiacs and how to prepare them.

This pamphlet, written by the Vancouver Women's Health Collective (VWHC), describes and defines cancer, theories of causation, types of breast cancer, and rates of breast cancer in women in North America. It also describes the stages of breast cancer progression, theories of risk, and possible causes of breast cancer such as dietary fat, body hormone levels, hormonal drugs, and family history, among others. The pamphlet is written in accessible language and is cautious about making any concrete conclusions about causation, pointing to inconclusive and contradictory research results.

Developed for the Vancouver Women's Health Collective (VWHC), this training manual is a guidebook for project planning and development. It includes step-by-step instructions on how to carry out a project proposal, from coming up with an idea and brainstorming, to defining goals, to market research, to monetary costs, etc. The guidebook is put together as a work book that raises questions and provides space to answer them directly. The guidebook presents budget models for research, marketing, equipment and staffing costs, daycare and transportation costs. It also includes a comprehensive set of questions to address the risk factors involved in the project
